Seasonal Exhibit
Conservation exhibit
Throughout our busy summer season, Riverview Park and Zoo collaborates with multiple community groups to throw fun, educational events in the conservation exhibit located in the Dobbin Building (old Monkey House building).
Our Conservation Exhibit is free for all to attend, and includes interactive games, touch tables, and additional animal exhibits such as frogs, turtles, salamanders, and even a blue racer snake!
Drop in for a visit to beat the heat or after taking a ride on the miniature train. Open throughout July and August from 10:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays.
Some of our community group collaborators include:
- Camp Kawartha
- Ontario Turtle Conservation Centre
- Otonabee Region Conservation Authority
- Peterborough Green-Up
