Gift Shop and Guest Services
The gift shop is located in the Guest Services building, found just inside the north main entrance gate.
This fun store carries a large selection of plush animals, children's toys, books, and Riverview branded merchandise and clothing. Our cozy RPZ logo hoodies are particularly popular with all guests, and available in sizes ranging from youth (small to x-large) to adult (small to 2x-large).
Feel good knowing that 100% of the proceeds from our gift shop go directly back into supporting the Park and Zoo!
RPZ Honey Products
Did you know that we have our very own apiary here at the zoo and stock unpasteurized wildflower honey for sale? With help from beekeeper Don Forster, there are four different sizes available to choose from:
- Small (65 g) for $2.50
- Medium (190 g) for $7.50
- Large (500 g) for $12.00
- Extra Large (1 kg) for $18.00
Guest Services
- Wheelchair rentals are available free of charge at Guest Services.
- All wheelchairs must be returned before 3:00 p.m.
- Please note that wheelchairs will be rented out on a first-served basis due to limited supply. No reservations or waitlist.
- Access to the wheelchair accessible swing and the accessible change room are available by request.
- Personal identification and a rental agreement form must be completed to rent wheelchairs and to get access to the wheelchair accessible swing.
- All general questions can be asked in person at Guest Services during open hours.

- If you have dropped an item in an exhibit, DO NOT try to retrieve it. Call the general line to leave your name, phone number, and a brief description of the item so that staff can return your item to you.
